Refund Policy

The only thing we charge for right now is the $1 Founder’s Reservation. It holds your spot in line, locks in the Kickstarter early-bird price and Founder’s Edition perks, and is applied to your pledge when you back the campaign.

The short version

Your $1 is fully refundable, anytime, no questions asked, up until our Kickstarter campaign launches. If you back the campaign, the dollar counts toward your pledge. If the campaign never launches, we refund every reservation without you having to ask.

How to get a refund

• Reply to any of our emails with the word “refund”, or
• Email rafael@getorabee.com from the address you used at checkout.

We issue the refund to your original payment method, usually the same day and always within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement. The original charge appears on your statement as ORABEE.
